An artificial olive tree with stabilised UV is exactly what you need when looking for an olive tree that not only looks beautiful but is also made to last a long time outdoors. Artificial olive trees bring a Mediterranean atmosphere outdoors and ensure that your terrace or balcony always exudes an inviting and green atmosphere. Whether you want extra green in the winter months or want to create a luxurious look all year round - an artificial olive tree is a true all-rounder.
What exactly is an artificial olive tree with UV protection?
An artificial olive tree with UV protection is an olive tree with weather-resistant plastic leaves. The olive trees sold by LeopoldFlora have special UV raw materials made for us in Europe. Our special developmental raw materials have UV stabilisers and pigments.
How do you know if an artificial plant product has UV protection?
Before making your choice, it is of course useful to know whether an artificial olive tree for the outdoors has UV protection. You can check this in the following ways:
Product information and certificates:
Check the product description for terms such as ‘UV-resistant’ or ‘UV-stabilised’.
Look for certifications such as ISO 4892 (UV protection test for plastics).
Manufacturer's warranty:
UV-protected products often have a guarantee of several years against discolouration or ageing.
Technical specifications:
Make sure the manufacturer provides information on the UV stabilisers or pigments used..
Experiences from others:
Reviews and experiences from other customers can provide insight into the actual durability of the product.
By choosing products with UV protection and the right materials, you can enjoy plastic products that last for years, even with intense exposure to sunlight. At LeopoldFlora, we emphasise this quality in our artificial plants and outdoor products.
When to choose an artificial olive tree for the outdoors?
An olive artificial tree is ideal for the outdoor space. Perfect for small balconies and places where you often sit, such as the terrace or a spot in the garden. An artificial olive is therefore very suitable as a quick mood enhancer.
Which size or shape suits you?
Whether you have a spacious terrace or a smaller cosy one we have a UV-resistant artificial olive tree that fits your space. Go for a larger olive tree like the artificial olive tree 150cm and place it in a large pot. Or choose a smaller olive artificial plant that can dress up a small corner.
Tip: measure your outdoor space well in advance, so you don't come home with an artificial plant or tree that is too small or too large!
How do you maintain our artificial olive trees and plants?
Artificial olive trees or plants from LeopoldFlora are beautiful and require almost no maintenance. Check whether the plant is in a spot that is too windy. If this is the case, make sure to move the artificial plant to a sheltered spot out of the wind if there is a lot of wind or storm.
